Join us for a two-hour candlelit ceremonial experience honoring the Spring Equinox — a sacred threshold of rebirth, renewal, and awakening.

As the earth turns toward light, we gather in warmth beside the fireplace, surrounded by altars and intention.

First Hour — Somatic Breath, Movement & Flow

Release winter from the body.

Open the lungs, hips, heart, and spine.

Reconnect to your primal rhythm through guided breathwork, intuitive movement, and gentle somatic unwinding.

Second Hour — Deep Immersive Sound Journey

Drop into a meditative sound bath infused with:

• Crystal bowls

• Healing frequencies

• Hands-on Reiki

• Intuitive massage bodywork

You will be held, supported, and energetically tended as you enter a deep state of restoration and inner renewal.

This is a sacred container for those ready to shed the old and embody the becoming.
