September offerings from Alchemy Guild

September with Alchemy Guild

Gather • Restore • Connect • Recalibrate

September carries us toward the seasonal turning point—a natural invitation to come back into balance.

As summer begins its slow transition toward autumn, we often feel that shift in our own bodies and rhythms. The days gradually shorten, routines begin to change, and there can be a natural desire to simplify, ground, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us.

At Alchemy Guild, wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about creating spaces where we can return to ourselves—through sound, movement, rest, community, creativity, and intentional connection.

This September, we’re gathering in several beautiful ways throughout Sonoma County, and we’d love to have you join us.

🌊 Friday, September 4

Floating Sound Bath

7:00–8:30 PM | Surrey Resort

Float beneath the evening sky while sound moves through the water and around the body.

Our Floating Sound Baths offer a uniquely immersive experience where the support of the water combines with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, percussion, and other sound healing instruments.

You can allow yourself to simply float, receive, and rest.

Whether you’ve been carrying stress, moving through change, or simply need an evening where nobody needs anything from you, this is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.

🎨 Saturday, September 5

Art Walk

4:00–7:00 PM | Center for Sacred Studies

Come spend part of your Saturday evening celebrating creativity, community, healing, and connection at the Art Walk.

Alchemy Guild will be joining this beautiful community gathering at the Center for Sacred Studies.

Stop by, say hello, explore the art and offerings, and spend some time connecting with the wonderful people who make our local wellness and creative community so special.

🌊 Saturday, September 12

Alchemy Guild Floating Sound Bath

7:00–8:30 PM | Surrey Resort

We’re returning to the water for another evening of deep rest and vibrational immersion.

Floating allows the physical body to be supported while sound creates another layer of sensory experience. For many people, removing the need to “hold themselves up” makes it easier to settle into stillness.

Come exactly as you are.

No experience with meditation, sound healing, or energy work is necessary. Your only job for the evening is to receive.

🌿 Saturday, September 26

Alchemy Guild Wellness Fair

11:00 AM–5:00 PM | Surrey Resort

This is one we’ve been especially excited to bring to our community.

The Alchemy Guild Wellness Fair is a full day dedicated to exploring wellness, healing, movement, connection, and the many different ways we can care for ourselves.

Spend the day discovering local wellness practitioners, healers, teachers, makers, and businesses while experiencing a variety of offerings and approaches to whole-person wellness.

Come for an hour or make a day of it.

Explore something you’ve never tried.

Meet a practitioner you’ve been curious about.

Learn something new about your body.

Find a new tool for your wellness practice.

Or simply come enjoy being surrounded by community.

Saturday, September 26 | 11 AM–5 PM
Surrey Resort

We can’t wait to welcome you.

🌿 September Wellness: Return to the Basics

Wellness can become complicated very quickly.

Supplements. Routines. Apps. Programs. Protocols. Morning practices. Evening practices.

Sometimes the most supportive things are also the simplest.

As we move toward autumn, consider returning to a few fundamentals:

Hydrate before you’re thirsty.
Our bodies rely on water for virtually every system, and busy days make it surprisingly easy to forget something so basic.

Give your nervous system moments without input.
Five quiet minutes counts. Sitting outside counts. Driving without the radio counts. You don’t always need another podcast, notification, conversation, or piece of information.

Move because your body deserves movement—not punishment.
Stretch. Walk. Dance in your kitchen. Roll your shoulders. Wiggle your toes. Movement doesn’t have to become a workout to benefit your body.

Let rest actually be rest.
Rest doesn’t have to be earned.

Spend some time outside.
Feel the temperature. Notice the changing light. Put your feet on the earth. Look at the trees. Our bodies are part of nature, even when our schedules make us forget.

And perhaps most importantly:

Pay attention to what your body is actually asking for.

Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Sometimes healing looks like movement.

Sometimes it looks like community.

Sometimes it looks like laughter.

Sometimes it looks like floating in a pool while a gong vibrates through the water.

And sometimes it looks like going home, turning off your phone, and getting some sleep.

All of it counts.

💚 From Alchemy Guild

Alchemy Guild was created around a simple belief: wellness becomes richer when we experience it together.

We love creating spaces where different healing modalities, practitioners, traditions, and members of our community can meet one another without the pressure of having to believe, practice, or experience wellness in exactly the same way.

Come curious.

Come tired.

Come excited.

Come exactly as you are.

We’ll meet you there.

With gratitude,
Jen & Trava
